Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the shelf life of cookies?
All dry cookies have a 10 day shelf life in an airtight container for optimal quality! They are dry cookies, so although they won’t perish after 10 days, they begin to lose freshness.
Q: Can cookies be frozen?
Cookies freeze very well, in an airtight container with either parchment paper or wax paper in between the layers so that the sprinkles don’t stick!
Q: I ordered on Saturday, when will my order be processed?
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.
Q: Cookies are out of stock, when will they be available again?
Follow It's Sprinkle By MG on social media for updates!
Q: Which shipping company does It's Sprinkle By MG use?
We primarily use UPS for shipping, unless not available.
Q: Do the cookies contain nuts?
Our cookies are made with real almond paste. They are also produced in a facility that also processes nuts.
Q: How should I store the Sprinkle Coffee Cake?
To keep your cake fresh, store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you’d like to keep it longer, refrigeration or freezing is best.
Q: Can I refrigerate the Sprinkle Coffee Cake?
Yes! If you prefer to extend its freshness, refrigerate the cake in an airtight container for up to one week. Before serving, let it come to room temperature or warm it slightly for the best texture.
Q: Can I freeze the Sprinkle Coffee Cake?
Absolutely! For longer storage, wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap, followed by foil, and freeze for up to three months. When ready to enjoy, thaw at room temperature for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Q: How do I reheat the Sprinkle Coffee Cake?
To enjoy a warm slice, microwave it for 10-15 seconds or place it in a 300°F oven for 5-10 minutes. This helps restore its soft, bakery-fresh texture.
Q: Will the sprinkles melt or fade over time?
Our sprinkles are specially selected to hold their color and texture, even after storage. However, for the best visual appeal, we recommend enjoying your cake within the first few days.
